DIRECT COLLECTION
Each item shipped is wrapped in at least three layers of bubble wrap to protect it from bumps and scratches. The goods are then placed inside rigid cardboard boxes together with protective material such as foam or corrugated cardboard in order to fill any empty spaces so as to avoid any sudden movement during transport. For large paintings or particularly bulky sculptures, it is possible to arrange shipping in a custom-built wooden box. Given the nature of the goods for sale, the packaging phases are photographed and the related photos are archived until the end of the delivery procedure.
Once the packaging has been completed, the goods are entrusted to the trusted courier who will send them as quickly as possible to the address you indicated in the purchase form. Delivery times are communicated by the courier, in any case the shipment is always tracked and you will be notified of the relevant code in order to have the state of the art of the shipment updated in real time. Shipping costs are always specified in the cart summary and may vary based on the size of the product, destination location and value of the item.
If you prefer, you can collect the purchased goods directly at the office by mutual agreement on the date and time of collection. In case of direct collection it is necessary to communicate it in advance so that the shipping procedure is not activated.
